Atrauman Impregnated Dressing

Atrauman is a non-adherent, contact layer wound dressing.

It is a fine-weave, polyester tulle dressing, impregnated with a non-medicated, non-petroleum based triglyceride that leaves no residues - making it more gentle on your skin. 

Atrauman is an ideal wound treatment for wounds in all phases of healing - including abrasions and lacerations, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, burns and scalds, donor and recipient sites in skin grafting, and mail extraction or wedge resection.
